Reliable analytical data for Nutri-Grade and HCS support

Singapore requires all Nutri-Grade beverages to provide nutrition information, regardless of their A, B, C or D grade. Nutri-Grade C and D beverages require the Nutri-Grade mark, while Grade D beverages are also subject to advertising restrictions.
For Nutri-Grade beverages, relevant nutrition information includes:
Energy | Protein | Carbohydrate | Total Sugar | Fat | Saturated Fat

The Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS) is HPB's voluntary front-of-pack programme for products that meet category-specific nutrition criteria.
For HCS applications, nutrition information and supporting analytical data may be required depending on the product category and claim. HPB's HCS guidance uses a core nutrient panel that includes energy, protein, total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, carbohydrate, total sugar, dietary fibre and sodium.
