Accessing Reports
Your Certificate of Analysis (COA) will be emailed to you via our LIMS Scheduler system to the contacts set up in your account to receive reports. This can be updated at any time by our Customer Experience team.
You can also access copies of your COA’s via the online data portal – LabView. Please contact our Customer Experience team to get your account set up to start accessing today.
If you require Interim reports, this can be requested at the time of sample submission or by contacting our Customer Experience team. As results become available Interim COA’s will be emailed to the specified contacts.
Requesting Retests
Unless otherwise agreed in a Service Level Agreement, retests will take place only after instruction in writing by the customer. For prompt management of retest requests contact the Customer Experience team at;
customerexperienceau@aus.mxnsaq.com
For microbiology analysis retests, a new sample will be required – retention samples will not be retested.
For chemical analysis retesting, the sample will be examined to determine if it is in good physical condition for the test in question to proceed. As a general rule, non-perishable samples can be retested within the normal retention period. If there is evidence of sample deterioration or if there is insufficient quantity for testing a new sample will be requested.
Retesting, if performed on the retention samples, will only be done where a representative sample can still be taken and the test involved is not one that would be compromised by any altered physical state.
For the following chemical analyses, for example, a new sample will be required as the analyte breaks down with storage time:
● Dissolved Oxygen
● BOD
● Peroxide Value
Where GMO analysis retests are requested, clients will be asked to provide additional samples or individual ingredients if required. The retention sample will only be used if it has not been compromised and sufficient quantity remains.
Where Allergen retests are requested, clients will be asked to provide additional samples or individual ingredients if required. If results are unexpected, alternate kits and methodology can be employed for the retest as a comparison.
Please note the customer may incur additional fees if the retesting results confirm the original results.
Report formats, Report Variations and Re-reporting
Due to our NATA 17025 accreditation variations to reports may require special instruction and must be requested by contacting our Customer Experience team. Numerous amendments and changes to the original report will incur extra fees.
Reports (Certificates of Analysis) are generated directly from the MNAQ LIMS and will be sent electronically to the specified email addresses. The provision of hard copy reports will incur a fee.
Please see the fee memorandum for specific information on these fees.
Responsibility of Interpretation of Results
It is the ultimate responsibility of the client to determine the significance of the results provided by MNAQ. However, MNAQ can provide some assistance with interpretation as required, based on the extensive knowledge and experience of our Technical Team.

Specifications
Many test variations, methods, and reporting units are available. Information provided to our Registration Teams must be clear, well defined and not open to interpretation. It is important for you to confirm any specific methods that are required, the required reporting units, and expected ranges/ specifications for all test/matrix combinations to ensure optimum outcomes.
MNAQ can supply a template so that this information can be shared. This allows us to document your specifications into our system and reduces potential delays.
Absence of this information will cause delays and lead to retests where extra charges may apply.
Limits of Reporting/ Test Sensitivity
MNAQ needs to be advised if special reporting sensitivities are required.
Please check with our Customer Experience team to ensure that your requirements can be met, otherwise the analysis will be performed to the default limits in our written test methods.
In some circumstances sample matrix interference or insufficient sample may impact on meeting the required reporting limits or sensitivity.
