Standard turnaround for analytical chemistry testing is 10 business days. If you require urgent testing to support an upcoming product launch or batch release, expedited and emergency testing options are available upon request.

Yes, we provide comprehensive allergen testing alongside our nutritional profiling services. To ensure testing accuracy and prevent sample cross-contamination, separate samples must be submitted for each testing stream.

To ensure we select the most accurate analytical method for your product, please notify us during submission if your sample contains complex ingredients (such as novel fibres, sugar alcohols, or artificial sweeteners) or if you have specific front-of-pack label claims to validate.
